If you want to make a complain to an admin, do not do it without solid evidence; you must provide arguments and evidence that show as clearly as possible what the admin in question did; otherwise the complain will not be considered. It is strictly forbidden to do : block, kill on the back on the bar, kill on afk, stay in line. It is sanctioned with slay. On bar maps it is forbidden to use the "/dans" function or to kill using "/dans". It is sanctioned with slay / 30 minutes ban.
