  3. Acesta este regulamentul dedicat staff-ului ZE.LALEAGANE.RO 1. Nu abuzați de admin sau de comenzi, daca veți fi prinși utilizând adminul in alte scopuri înafara de acela de a ajuta server-ul veți primi avertisment/suspend sau chiar remove. 2. Daca suspectați pe cineva de cod, puneți-va spectator și faceți-le demo sau cereți un test WarGods în care să îi acordați timp 10 minute playerului respectiv. 3. Daca aveti admin, nu înseamnă ca trebuie sa vorbiți urat sau să vă credeți invincibili, daca aveți vreo problema faceți reclamație la secțiunea respectivă, nu vă faceți voi singuri dreptate deoarece primiți SUSPEND / REMOVE, după caz. 4. Nu dati slay/kick/ban fara un motiv bine intemeiat. 5. Nu este nevoie sa dați vot, oricum da serverul automat .Puteți da vot doar daca harta este prea mare sau prea grea pentru numărul de playeri activi în acel moment. 6. Unban se va da doar cu cerere pe forum, în maxim 48 de ore să răspundeți la reclamație, în caz contrar se va da unban iar adminul în cauză va primi -down. Unban vor da doar fondatorii. 7. Ban-urile sa fie postate pe forum, fiecare admin sa își facă propriul topic cu dovada banului si nu uitați de dovezi clar, P.S, nu accept screenshot pentru farm. 8. La cererile de unban si reclamații admini vor răspunde doar persoanele in cauza si adminii care au fost prezenți la momentul respectiv, daca raspunde șo‎ altcineva va primi -1 grad. 9. Adminii sunt obligati sa joace cu accesele! Acestea NU se "împrumută", parolele sunt confidențiale. Nerespectarea acestor prevederi vor fi sanctionate cu REMOVE. 10. Daca veți lipsi o perioada mai mare de timp vă rog să anunțați fondatorii. 11. Măririle de grad se vor da doar pe merit in sectiunea Staff Only, pe baza de cerere după model. nu cereți măriri ca riscați suspend. 12. Dacă un admin încalcă regulile sau banează degeaba mulți playeri odată vă aștept cu reclamație la secțiunea forumului "Reclamații admini". 13. Doar Fondatorii si Ownerii pot folosi comenzi pe alti admini. 14. Kick se va da DOAR playerilor care stau AFK, daca serverul este plin, în caz contrar se va acorda un avertisment/suspend. 15. La întrebarea daca "ați citit regulamentul" veți răspunde cu "Fgh face cel mai bun gratar". 16. Sa fiți activi la cererile de admin, mai ales ca forumul se poate accesa si de pe telefon. 17. Toți adminii sunt obligați sa aibă cont pe forum. 18. Nu se vor accepta favoritisme, daca un player a greșit, acesta trebuie sancționat corespunzător, dacă este vorba de admin va aștept pe forum cu dovezi. 19. Pentru limbaj se va da gag, ban 120 min pana la 1000 minute, nu permanent. Banul permanent se va doar pentru hack-uri, cu prezentarea dovezilor aferente. 20. On bar maps it is forbidden to use the "/dans" function or to kill using "/dans". It is sanctioned with slay / 30 minutes ban.   15. Regulamentul adminilor. 1. Este interzisa folosirea comenzilor/grab-ului sau alte comenzi pe alti admini, este sanctionata cu downgrade/remove permanent. 2. Nu banati jucatori pe motiv de block exista grab (Evitati izbirea player-ului). 3. Adminii care lipsesc mai mult de sapte zile server/forum fara sa isi anunte absenta va primi downgrade/remove. 4. Este interzisa folosirea comenzilor: godmode, hook, hp, noclip, arme si asa mai departe, asupra jucatorilor - se sanctioneaza cu downgrade/remove. 5. Adminii care abuzeaza de comenzi sau "dorm" pe server vor fi sactionati cu avertisment/downgrade/remove (un admin trebuie sa isi faca treaba, sa fie activ, sa medieze orice forma de conflict si sa mentina buna desfasurare a jocului). 6. Nu banati jucatorii daca injura exista gag, doar daca da retry dupa gag dati ban120 de minute! . 7. Nu jigniti jucatorii, in spatele fiecararui jucator este un om real. 8. Nu bagati harti cu o singura bara daca sunt mai multi de 10 jucatori. 9. Toti adminii sunt obligati sa aiba cont pe forum. 10. Doar adminii au dreptul de a se pronunta la cereri cu pro/contra, respectiv de a argumenta decizia. Sloturile au dreptul de a se pronunta doar la cererile de slot! Pronuntarile cu CONTRA neargumentate nu se iau in considerare! 11. Discutiile intre admini ce tin de administrarea jocului, se poarta de preferat pe amx_chat. Informati jucatorii ca la raportarea codatilor sa foloseasca say_team @ mesaj sau tasta U urmate de mesaj cu @ in fata! 12. Nu se fac favoritisme pe server; nu se fac locuri pentru alti jucatori prin kick - se sanctioneaza cu avertisment. 13. Comenzile aplicate pe un jucator (gag, ban...) nu vor fi scoase de catre alt admin doar daca acesta are argumente solide in ceea ce priveste jucatorul sanctionat - se sanctioneaza cu avertisment. 14. La incalcarea regulilor mai putin grave se dau avertismente inaintea aplicarii sanctiunilor, nu dati ban decat cu motive solide, se sanctioneaza cu downgrade/remove in functie de caz. 15. Cand se baneaza un jucator, adminul responsabil trebuie sa detina dovezi referitoare la fapta jucatorului sanctionat. In caz contrar, adminul in cauza va primi avertisment/downgrade. 16. Sanctionarea jucatorilor se face in functie de gravitatea faptei, ordinea sanctiunilor nefiind mereu aceeasi. 17. Sanctionarea adminilor se face in functie de gravitatea faptei (avertisment, downgrade, remove, ban) doar de fondatorul serverului. 18. Hartile se schimba: - Mapa principala a serverului este 35hp_2 cand sunt maxim 10 jucatori; noaptea dupa ora 22:00 se va pune mapa 35hp_2, adaugand ulterior timelimit 0 pana a doua zi la ora 10:00, in decursul zilei mapele se vor schimba in functie de numarul playerilor. - In ultimele 5 minute a hartii curente, in urma unui vot; - De comun acord cu jucatorii nemultumiti de harta curenta, prin vot; - Cu sau fara vot atunci cand nu e alt admin pe server si este necesar; - Cand jucatorii depasesc numarul de locuri de pe harta, cu sau fara vot; - Cand este lag pe harta si jucatorii cer schimbare. Intodeauna se dau minim doua harti la vot - (Nu asteptati sa dea serverul automat votemap). 19. Daca un jucator este afk, il luati cu grab si il puneti pe cutii / pe mapa unde ceilalti jucatori nu pot face frag pe el. In cazul in care serverul este full si sunt jucatori afk, ii puneti la fel pe cutii dar daca sunt afk mai mult de 3 minute le dati kick. 20. Unban-ul se aplica NUMAI la aprobarea fondatorului - se sanctioneaza cu avertisment/downgrade. 21. Este interzis sa folositi alte nick-uri pentru a-i testa pe alti admini... doar fondatorii au dreptul de a o face in scopul de a vedea daca adminii sunt capabili sau nu. 22. Reguli hook: nu faceti kill cu hook, nu folositi hook pentru a va deplasa mai repede pe jos si nici nu va deplasati dintr-o baza in alta cu hook. Hook-ul este strict pentru plimbare si urcat pe mapa. Nu folositi hook in timp ce jucati. Atunci cand dati acces la hook unui player acesta trebuie advertizat cu cele de mai sus. 23. Orice ban aplicat unui player suspect de kb trebuie insotit de un demo (dovada solida) si postat pe forum in banlist. - Se sanctioneaza cu downgrade/remove. 24. Este interzis folosirea abuziva si fara motiv a grab-ului pe, playeri. Se sanctioneaza cu downgrade/remove temporar. 25. Adminii trebuie sa foloseasca un limbaj civilizat si profesional, pentru a mentine disciplina pe server. Nerespectarea acestei reguli se sanctioneaza cu avertisment/downgrade. 26. Este interzis sa faceti gs,sgs sau orice altceva ce nu tine de bindu de strafe "bind "key" +strafe". se sanctioneaza cu avertisment/downgrade! 27. Orice ban aplicat trebuie să fie însoțit de postarea în secțiunea banlist pe forum. Adminii care nu respectă această regulă vor fi pasibili de downgrade sau remove. - Se sancționează cu downgrade/remove 28. Abuzul de putere sub orice formă nu este tolerat. Acest lucru include favoritismul, tratamentul inechitabil al jucătorilor și nerespectarea regulilor stabilite. - Se sancționează cu downgrade/remove. ATENTIE: * Cei care fac cerere de admin si cersesc pro pe server, pe mess sau oriunde altundeva vor fi respinsi instant! * Cererile care au fost respinse vor putea fi reluate dupa 14 zile de la respingere (de la momentul cand s-a inchis cererea). * La întrebarea "Ai citit regulamentul?" vei răspunde cu Kung Lao * Cine face de cinci ori consecutiv cerere acces (admin/upgrade/slot) si nu reuseste sa primeasca gradul dorit, va primi automat remove timp de 3 luni fara preaviz! * In caz de inactivitate , va trebui sa anuntati! Cine nu anunta si lipseste mai mult de 20 zile, primeste remove! * Adminii care nu voteaza serverul sunt pasibili de retrogradare. IMPORTANT: Ne rezervam dreptul de a aduce orice fel de modificare asupra regulamentului de fata. Incalcarea unei reguli neprevazute in regulament va fi sanctionata in functie de gravitatea sa, de catre unul dintre fondatori.
